  • 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers for 15 months, then 18.74%, 24.74% or 28.74% variable. Balance transfer fee: 3% on balances transferred in the first 15 months, then 4% on any later promotional-APR transfer, and none at the regular APR afterward. No minimum dollar fee.
  • Cash back redeems 1:1 as a statement credit or check, in any amount.
  • Since early 2026 some NEW Quicksilver accounts are being issued on Capital One's Discover network (benefit-guide reports, TheStreet/PYMNTS/U.S. News). Applicants are told the network during the application.
  • In May 2026 Capital One moved SOME EXISTING Quicksilver/QuicksilverOne cardholders to Discover-network cards that add 3% at grocery stores and gas stations (NerdWallet, 2026-04-23).
  • No foreign transaction fee (product page).
