Fine print
  • This is the $0-annual-fee Savor (formerly SavorOne; Capital One renamed it Savor and the old $95 Savor is gone). A separate 'SavorOne' with a $39 fee now exists for fair credit, so this is not that product.
  • Grocery definition from the disclosure: grocery purchases at gas stations, convenience stores, warehouse clubs, discount stores and superstores (or grocery stores associated with discount stores/superstores) earn 1%. Capital One's FAQ: 'Excludes superstores like Walmart and Target.'
  • Entertainment 3% excludes golf courses, country clubs, collegiate sporting events coded as universities, and amusement park tickets bought from third-party sites.
  • 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers for 12 months, then 18.74%, 24.74% or 28.74% variable. BT fee is 3% in the first 12 months, then 4% on any later promotional-APR transfer.
  • Cash back redeems 1:1 and can be moved to a Venture/Venture X account and converted to miles.
  • Some new Savor accounts are being issued on the Discover network since early 2026 (secondary reports).
  • No foreign transaction fee (product page).
